World Harvest Institute (formerly called Ministry Training Institute) had progressed from conducting many mobile schools (since 1987) to twelve intakes of intensive apostolic program (since 1999). It has moved on to provide on-the-job pastoral training (since 2000), aiming to raise fivefold ministers, plant new churches, and strengthen existing churches.

| PASTORAL PROGRAM |
The Pastoral Program provides on-the-job mentoring for people who have received a vocational calling for spiritual ministry, training them to build a church on spiritual gifts and to operate in the manifestation of the Holy Spirit to accomplish the Great Commission.

| The program equips you to form five lifetime practices (worship, evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, and ministry), to develop a section of many cells, to raise a team of soul-winning disciples, and to translate your ministry calling into a productive and dynamic spiritual vocation. This training program also equips you to become skilful in winning people, ministering healing, handling deliverance, restoring broken lives, mentoring disciples, and living on God’s provision. |
| Classes are held bi-weekly (Wednesday 10.00am to 3.30pm). Pastor David Wong and other fivefold ministers will teach the various courses and mentor the trainees, based on the revelations of the Bible and their experience in spiritual ministry. |

| APOSTOLIC PROGRAM |
| The Apostolic Program (formerly known as 100-hour Intensive Program) began in 1999 to offer an abbreviated, cost-effective, and time-maximizing format of ministry training. It has trained 594 ministers brought by the Lord from 29 nations (Bolivia, Cameroon, China, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St. Lucia, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia) from Intakes 1 to 12. |
Online video and audio teaching
From 2011 onwards, we will offer online video and audio teaching on the 100 to 400 series and tests, for trainees who are strongly recommended by our alumni. Interactive online assignments and progress report of cell groups are required for graduation.

Apostolic seminar and final assessment test
A 10-day apostolic seminar and final assessment test is to be held bi-yearly in World Harvest Institute at Kuala Lumpur, for trainees to receive the awards of various qualifying certificates and an impartation of the anointing. Alumni and associates can return for a spiritual refreshing and upgrading.
