God wants every person to be saved and He is eagerly waiting for every person to repent and respond to the gospel of salvation (see 2 Peter 3:9). He has created all people for doing good works. Evangelism is to be done to all people with the hope of seeing them winning souls and making disciples one day (see Philippians 1:5-6).
