This on-the-job approach in pastoral training, equips people who have a spiritual vocation to live as dynamic and productive servants of God during the training.
•   The program puts you on a journey of spiritual, evangelistic, relational, discipleship, and ministerial developments to form five lifetime practices that will translate your ministry calling into a productive spiritual vocation: Soaking In God's presence; living for a higher purpose; support for life and dream; overflowing blessings and success; and, serving God in the spirit.
•   Your progress and performance on these areas are assessed for graduation. A transcript of your progress is kept in the dean's office for future reference.

Work Days & Leave
The on-the-job training schedule resembles the working life of a pastor.
•   Five 8-hour working days in a week (Tuesday to Saturday), inclusive of teaching sessions.
•   Candidates, Trainees and Ministry Assistants are reportable to the dean on their time management.
•   Saturday night is for prayer and preparation for Praise Celebration and other ministries held on Sunday.
•   Monday is a day of rest and refresh.
•   Fourteen days of annual leave subjected to approval are given. Leave must not clash with teaching sessions and special events. Application of leave must be made fourteen days beforehand. No leave may be carried forward to the following year.
•   Emergency leave can be granted immediately as to the nature of urgency.

Soaking In God's presence
