ON-THE–JOB PASTORAL TRAINING
 Through my 27 years in pastoral and itinerary ministry I see God showing us to develop a ministry training unlike the conventional theological seminaries and bible colleges. Ministry training today must be relevant to solving the spiritual needs that people encounter. We are committed to provide practicable teachings and not just intellectual information on doctrines and bible knowledge. We teach the supernatural aspects of ministry, coach trainees to work with the Holy Spirit, prepare them to make disciples for winning the world, and impart spiritual gifts to them for establishing the Church.
Also unlike the conventional theological seminaries and bible colleges that give academic qualifications for their graduates to enter church institutions, Ministry Training Institute (together with World Harvest Church) provides the environment for a trainee to start a ministry during training to acquire ministry experiences and skills. Our on-the-job pastoral training equips him to develop a team of soul-winning disciples to give him a life-time ministry. The training here puts him on a journey of spiritual, evangelistic, relational, discipleship, and ministerial developments to form five lifetime practices that will translate his ministry calling into a productive spiritual vocation: Soaking In God’s presence; living for a higher purpose; support for life and dream; overflowing blessings & success; and, serving God in the spirit. This stay-in pastoral training, equips him to live the life of a dynamic and productive servant of God.
