World Harvest Church is a cell-based local church with various FELLOWSHIP CELLS for our members and visitors to edify one another weekly.
• The Vision Network which consists of the Mentoring Cells, Leadership Cells, and Discipleship Cells forms a leadership grid. This is to channel the anointing, teachings, information, and care to every member. It also channels up information of spiritual progress, needs, and happenings efficiently to the leadership for prompt response.
• For a member to be appointed to be a Cell Leader, he must have completed the Discipleship Program, have the readiness to develop a cell, be suitable to lead three interns and others, and submit to the Section Overseer and Vision Carrier. |
MENTORING CELL
Teaming up with the Vision Carrier to establish the purpose and vision of the church. • M1-M8 for Pastors, Assistant Pastors, Ministry Assistants. • M9-M16 for Ministry Trainees. • M17-M24 for Ministry Candidates to test their callings

LEADERSHIP CELL
A team of 12 committed multipliers establishing a section of 144 disciples to incorporate the community into the church. • Gender homogeneity is required for close and extensive partnership. • Meets monthly.

DISCIPLESHIP CELL
Mentoring for Cell Leaders (CORE Level) and Interns (COMMITTED Level or above). • A Section can have more than one Discipleship Cell. • Preferably with gender homogeneity though mixed gender is allowed while working towards homogeneity.
• Meets once a month.

DISCOVERY CELL
Members are trained and commissioned to launch a Discovery Cell with 1 Leader (CORE Level) and 3 Interns (COMMITTED Level and above). • Conduct Prayer Evangelism for a month to reach 9 persons in their circle of influence. • Conduct Discovery 101 with the six lessons on New Life. |

FELLOWSHIP CELL
Alternate week gatherings for Church Members, Spiritual Members (CONGREGATION 1, CONGREGATION 2, COMMITTED, CORE), newly born again people (CROWD), and visitors to edify one another.
• Convert the Discovery Cell into a Fellowship Cell when there are 2 new Christians or 2 unchurched Christians who begin to attend. • Preferably with gender homogeneity though mixed gender is allowed while working towards homogeneity.

The Vision Network is a cell system, a network of cell groups, providing pastoral care for every member.
• The anointing flows from the leadership through this pastoral network to all members.
• This pastoral network extends spiritual coverings for all members, placing every member under a higher level of spiritual authority.
• This network speeds up member-leader communications, quickening reports and directions.
• The network provides pastoral attention for urgent and special needs quickly, giving needed pastoral attention.
